Parents seeking withdrawal due to official transfer will receive the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) immediately upon providing valid documentation or transfer order.
KCM Matriculation Hr. Sec. School follows a transparent and student-friendly withdrawal policy, balancing administrative needs with parent convenience.
Parents seeking withdrawal due to official transfer will receive the Transfer Certificate (T.C.) immediately upon providing valid documentation or transfer order.
Parents withdrawing their ward for personal reasons are required to pay the I Term fee before T.C. is issued.
Applications for withdrawal at the end of the academic year must be submitted by early March. If delayed, I Term fee will be applicable.
Students rejoining after withdrawal will be treated as new admissions and must follow the regular admission process.
Parents paying the entire year’s fees (I, II, & III Term) before June 31st are eligible for a 10% discount on the total.
Note: T.C. requests must be made formally and in writing. Fee dues, if any, must be cleared prior to processing the request.
