Instructions to Students

At KCM, discipline, responsibility, and cleanliness are key values we instill in our students from a young age. All students are expected to adhere to the following school instructions:

Academic & Conduct Expectations:
  • Books and notebooks must be covered with synthetic sheets and labeled neatly.
  • Students must bring their school handbook daily and maintain it responsibly.
  • Homework, library books read, exam portions, and fee details must be recorded daily and signed by parents.
  • All stationery must be brought to school without fail.
Hygiene & Responsibility:
  • Every student should carry a hand towel and spoon for lunch daily.
  • Waste must be disposed of only in dustbins to maintain classroom and campus cleanliness.
  • During dispersal, students must walk in line to avoid crowding or accidents.
Prohibited Conduct:
  • Damaging school property (e.g., benches, lights, lab equipment) will lead to disciplinary action and fines.
  • Irregular homework will be reported to the Principal or HM.
  • No shouting, playing inside classrooms, or using improper language is allowed.
  • Students are expected to follow proper decorum in speech, walk, and behavior at all times.

Students must treat the school as their second home — with respect, responsibility, and sincerity.

Instructions to Parents

Parents play a crucial role in ensuring the student’s success. At KCM, we request parents to actively support the school’s efforts by following these guidelines:

Daily Parental Duties:
  • Check your ward’s uniform (tie, ID card, socks, shoes, ribbons) daily.
  • Ensure children wear fresh, clean clothes every day.
  • Monitor homework completion and sign the school diary daily.
  • Encourage reading aloud at home to improve fluency and comprehension.
Leave & Absence:
  • Avoid unnecessary leaves unless due to illness or emergency.
  • For early pickup during school hours, parents must visit the school in person and seek permission from the Principal.
Parent Engagement:
  • Always listen to your child with empathy and understanding.
  • Read and return all circulars and notices with acknowledgment.
  • Avoid encouraging absenteeism for reasons like travel, ceremonies, or exam prep.

Your involvement helps us build a strong home–school partnership for the betterment of every student.
