Instructions to Parents
Parents play a crucial role in ensuring the student’s success. At KCM, we request parents to actively support the school’s efforts by following these guidelines:
Daily Parental Duties:
- Check your ward’s uniform (tie, ID card, socks, shoes, ribbons) daily.
- Ensure children wear fresh, clean clothes every day.
- Monitor homework completion and sign the school diary daily.
- Encourage reading aloud at home to improve fluency and comprehension.
Leave & Absence:
- Avoid unnecessary leaves unless due to illness or emergency.
- For early pickup during school hours, parents must visit the school in person and seek permission from the Principal.
Parent Engagement:
- Always listen to your child with empathy and understanding.
- Read and return all circulars and notices with acknowledgment.
- Avoid encouraging absenteeism for reasons like travel, ceremonies, or exam prep.
